I worked at Propaganda Global Entertainment Marketing full-time (More than 3 years)
Team environment. Interesting projects. It’s the kind of place where you bounce out of bed and can’t wait to get to work. If you want to trying something new or take on a new role, top management is supportive. Good environment for folks wanting to learn about the entertainment industry. Key on promoting from within.
Small team, so the squeeky wheels/people who don’t pull their own weight are obvious. Flat organization structure, so one tops out quickly. (However, the flat structure makes the company quick to adjust, so it’s also a pro.) Pay could be better, but it balances out with good work environment, no corporate drama and enthusiastic colleagues who want to be there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Propaganda Global Entertainment Marketing.
3 rounds of interview and 1 skype interview with their oversea manager. Was very quick about responding to my inquiry. They asked me almost the exact same questions during each interview though. Office culture seem to be very relaxed. The bosses brought their dogs to work and we sat on bean bags for the interview.
