    Interview

The interview process comprised 3 main parts: an introductory call with the recruiting / talent acquisition team; a coding interview question with an engineering manager; and a virtual on-site of multiple interviews with the Founder and CEO, CTO, and several engineers. Everyone involved was engaged and answered all of my questions thoroughly and candidly, including some tougher questions regarding the company's values and business model. They were also happy to answer lingering questions over email after the interview process concluded. The engineering questions presented realistic scenarios for the role, not arbitrary Leetcode quizzes. Kudos to everyone from the recruiting team as the interviews were very organized and I never went longer than 24-48 hours without an update on next steps (no small feat since I was interviewing in the middle of the holidays). The Founder and CEO called me over the phone to extend the offer and answer my post-offer questions. I also received a congratulatory email from one of the engineers I interviewed with.
