    Pros

    Management treats you like an adult and doesn't micromanage. They give everyone the opportunity to be as successful as you can be. The products are by far the best in the market. Propel always stays on top of the latest trends and offers various training every month to make sure their employees stay top notch.

    Cons

    Communication between departments could be better.

    To the point and very informative. Very welcoming managers that take the time out of a very busy day to really be thorough about what the job entails. Received my offer within 2 weeks of the in-person interview. HR was very informative of what steps were next. I highly recommend reaching out to managers about which times are going to work and that will determine a lot of which team you will be working on.
