Not well managing the things by Top management in terms of Monitory terms.
Advice to Management
Please take Suggestions from your sub-ordinates on regular basis.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Property Guru (India) in May 2015.
Was contacted by a recruiter, and the position was presented as a ex-pat package. Asked to perform Codility Test, and prepare a basic App as a coding test. A Skype interview was organized, which had a very accademic CS focus. During the whole process I was never informed what the package looked like, so the recruiter kept me going with vague statements, "these guys know what you earn and they are prepared to match it". All in all a very high investment, with Property Guru not making any effort on their side to explain the position which was being applied for.
