I have been working at Propulsion Controls Engineering full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

PCE is a great place to work.

It is family owned and operated which enables you to openly communicate with upper management frequently.

They host a Christmas party and summer picnic that is a lot of fun and also offer great benefits.

    Cons

I have no complaints working here. They do a great job of taking and implementing employee suggestions.

I plan on working here for a long time.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do what it is that they do. I personally enjoy coming to work every day and am thankful for all of the opportunities they have offered me.

    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Propulsion Controls Engineering (San Diego, CA).

    Interview

My interview, was more of just showing me around the shop, a conversation and when can you start? This wasn't a bad thing, my resume spoke for itself, and the superviser knows what he's doing.

    Negotiation

I was hired at the top available pay.
