Mission: Helping People Prosper
I have been working at Prosper Inc. part-time (More than a year)
A concrete contractor that has carved out a solid place in the federal bid system, they have substantial business and maintain themselves very well.
They're a small company, but they do a lot of big work, and the owners are great.
It's construction, so there are bound to be seasonal layoffs for laborers, and it's just tough work administratively when jobs don't get paid or if something goes wrong.
Advice to Management
Get a project manager that can work with Sage, and focus on building out other companies under the Prosper Companies umbrella.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Prosper Inc..
It was a role play of a sample call and to understand the financial situation of the potential client. It was a low key, easy interview. I felt very comfortable and the person interviewing was very friendly
