    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Prosperity Bank (Gun Barrel City, TX).

    Interview

Was asked to bring in copy of resume after submitting it online. I came in for an interview within days of submitting my application.

    Interview Questions

    • I was asked what to do if I had a problem with a co-worker.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

What would you like your compensation to be like? I wasn't sure how to answer realistically without "low-balling" myself. I hesitated and she asked me what I was paid at my last job. She called later offering me .25 cents more per hour and I accepted the position and compensation.
