    Pros

Working for Prospero Health has been one of the great privileges of my life. Throughout the course of my internship I have gotten to work with everyone from the CEO to my daily teammates in the Memphis office. I can honestly say that I have not met a coworker who isn't glowing with drive and compassion. It is truly an open culture where everyone feels invited and welcome. If you care about making a difference, this is a great place to work because of the pros listed below:

    - Team members are always willing to lend a helping hand
    - Management gives you the tools you need to be successful
    - As long as you are good at staying on task and managing time, you will never feel pressure from team leaders.
    - It is a new company, so you feel like you are building something every day. This is great for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit like myself.
    - The company provides very fair compensation packages (even to interns like me).
    - Executives in the company are great about communicating company news. They also interact with all team members on a regular basis.
    - The Memphis office is in a great location. Lunch options and post workday activities are plentiful.
