I have been working at Protech (Florida) full-time (More than a year)
The owner puts your family first and is very willing to work with you on just about anything. Great place to work if you have morals!
Not very organized. There is a lack of communication throughout the building and it is hard to sell because the prices are so high.
Advice to Management
There are more office employees than field workers which causes your pricing to be so high. i could think of 4 jobs that it only would take 1 person to do.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Protech (Florida) (Ocala, FL) in March 2012.
Location of the projects was a concern to the employer and myself. Some of the locations were as far as 100 miles away with required visits 7 days per week. Of course this was a concern both parties must consider because of gasoline prices and ware and tare on a vehicle. The employer plans to investigate rearranging schedules and resume with interview #2. The employers I spoke with were very easy to talk with and appeared to be willing to work out any issues that are preventing my employment there.
