I have been working at Protect America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Training is on point. They will equip you, and very quickly you give you the opportunity to get on the phones to show what you got.
-They have sales process, but I don't have to change my personality to fit it.
-My coworkers are all very nice, and have really encouraged me in the short time I have been here.
-A lot of sales contests for money, gift cards, etc.

    Cons

    -It's so hot in Texas
    - I wish they had healthier food options in the frozen vending machine

    Advice to Management

-Keep up the fun environment. The music, the lights... I see a noticeable difference in the energy when those things aren't around.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Protect America (Austin, TX).

    Interview

Before you speak to the interviewer, you take a few reading and writing tests on a computer. They were easy multiple choice questions, just filling the space with the correct word or words, and the writing was to check your words per minute. After that, the recruiter gives you a tour of the building and takes you to the room where the actual interview will take place. The interview was very laid back and not intimidating at all. I was interviewed by two women and they were both very nice and professional. I had a very positive interview experience and am now employed by them!
