    Advice to Management

Are your team members happy to be there? Do you even know anything about them? Spend more time investing in your people and help them challenge who they limit themselves to be. Don’ t continue to train new people, refresh- train the ones that you have. Create better incentive for longevity, build more tenured and skilled people to be the majority, not the minority of the company.

Creating a more challenged environment leaves less room for mistakes and creates more money and time to invest in the experience of your people too. Not just the Customers Experience at the expense of those who are there to help the mission.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Protect America (Austin, TX).

    Interview

Before you speak to the interviewer, you take a few reading and writing tests on a computer. They were easy multiple choice questions, just filling the space with the correct word or words, and the writing was to check your words per minute. After that, the recruiter gives you a tour of the building and takes you to the room where the actual interview will take place. The interview was very laid back and not intimidating at all. I was interviewed by two women and they were both very nice and professional. I had a very positive interview experience and am now employed by them!
