I worked at Protocol Global Solutions (More than 3 years)
I loved my job. We always felt like needed and there's a ongoing sense of accomplishment. The work flow is consistent for the most part.
Not much personal space between each computer and usually we have to sit in assigned seats due the level of immaturity and gossiping among a large number of our employees at any given time. That results in the entire department taking one for the team and being treated like children in elementary school.
Advice to Management
My advice would be to not cross the sometimes fine line between friend and supervisor because that's the beginning of a unprofessional and frankly inappropriate friendships concerning the job in common. The incentives offered for good attendance seemed to be very highly favored and get successful results in terms of having less call ins/sick absences during the periods of the incentive as opposed to the regular periods without any incentive.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Protocol Global Solutions (Aurora, IL) in October 2015.
I submitted the application and received an email for an interview a week later. I went to the interview but it was more like an informational about the position. There was a packet of papers to fill out consisting of a regular application, w4, and names of any known acquaintances currently or previously incarcerated. The background check takes up to 6 weeks.
