    I applied online. I interviewed at Proudfoot (Canada)


    Simple consulting multi-tiered process with a simple case. Interviews went well, but no call back or response to follow-ups felt unprofessional. This dove tailed with some other negative feedback I heard on their responsiveness and treatment of prospective candidates. The team themselves seemed nice and intelligent, so the process management on their HR end seemed a bit surprising.

    A simple business case, as well as basic interview questions, no curveballs or standout characteristics.

Thank you to the team in Spain for all their efforts on a world leading project. Hopefully case study to follow. Peter Harker demonstrated yet again how to run a project on time and budget. Whilst also having spare moment to rap a song or two. People Solutions expert Richard Briggs remains too modest to mention his huge influence. But everyone needs a Richard in their team! Delia Solis and Pierluigi Mantovani both working in some really challenging conditions to keep the pace of delivery. Thank you both. Picture taken to mark the flying visit of Aaron Streeton - Chief Delivery Officer. Adrian, Jim and Patrick, sadly missing out on the photo opportunity as remote working but playing a vital role in the success. Enjoy the sunshine!
