I worked at Prove full-time (More than 5 years)
I spent many years of my working career at Prove. It is an amazing family, all striving to deliver a great service to its clients, who span a wide range of industries. To me the fact that we provided a wide array of digital marketing and technology services gave me a lot of knowledge about different technologies (from Craft CMS to Angular to React Native to Wordpress to BigCommerce, Shopify and many other platforms we have used over the years. I was given the opportunity to evolve my own skills so that, while our main deliverables were websites, apps and API integrations of various systems (CRM, marketing automation, Twilio, Intercom, Google stack products, etc.), I never felt like things were getting stale.
Prove is a boutique and super-smart agency but doesn't typically do long enterprise-level website development. Prove is really great at doing websites and apps that are high converting but I was ready to move on and start getting involved in massive builds after so many years here. Sad to leave.
Advice to Management
Would be great if a part of the business could get involved in massive enterprise builds which are really fun.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prove.
1 phone interview, 1 in-person interview, 1 more phone interview. Straight forward. They will ask the standard interview questions about - past experience, 3 strengths, 3 weaknesses, tools you've used, etc.
