I have been working at Prowareness full-time (More than 5 years)
My experience here is pretty good. I like the culture and the growth factor here.
I joined here as a senior developer but as the years went by I learnt a lot from my seniors pros. I had my freedom to learn different things from different people and honestly saying nobody stopped from doing that.
The company expects & gives more focus to quality i.e. high quality technical people, quality work and high quality output.
Prowareness helped me over the years not only to grow financially but also technically.
The management or CDLs are very cooperative if you want to learn something new or innovate. They are very easy approachable people.
-New office space is required ASAP
-Should consider Employees openinons frequently and clarify if there is any problem then and there
Advice to Management
Take important decisions wisely and swiftly by looking at the future growth.
First round is HR.
2nd round is technical. Where the ppl from the dev team will be interviewing the automation testers where they expect the testes should have same knowledge as developers which is impossible.
Then 3 hrs of coding round
Then discussion with MD.
Overall its waste of time to attend this interview
