I worked at Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate (More than 3 years)
Great managers. As long as you have a good network to build your business, you will be well here. If you need structure then this is not the place for you as an agent.
Offices all could be nicer
Advice to Management
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate (New York, NY).
THIS IS NOT A BROKER position. Straight forward interview consisting of three top mgmt. First interview is getting to know you. Second and third, consisted of your familiarity with Real Estate including technical questions. Was asked to price a new development in LES etc - potential clients - also a mock pitch for sales ( not part of job duty but was asked to do this)
