    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Public Works Commission of Fayetteville.

    Interview

They go through the NC Employment Security Commission which I feel is a great way to hire local talent. Human resources will call back if you pass the first tier of scrutiny. Next step is a phone or in house interview with the hiring manager. Once you pass that you come back and get a more in-depth interview and meet the director and employees in the department. If the director gives his approval they will offer the job.

    Interview Questions

    • None for me. I aced the interview and was told that no other interviewee even came close to my abilities.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

No negotiation phase. The job description gave the hiring range and I was placed at the max.
