Advice to Management
Place some value in your employees. Otherwise the turn over rate will continue to rise. Be aware of who you put in unsupervised management positions.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Pullman Regional Hospital (Pullman, WA) in November 2015.
It took a long time to hear back to even get a interview. The questions wer difficult and open ended questions. The people seemd friendly enough, but kind of distant at the same time. It didnt take very long for the interview, Waiting for the interview and waiting to hear back took forever.
