I have been working at Putnam Associates full-time (Less than a year)
The company is a fairly small company which is definitely growing with time. They are finally moving downtown so the commute will no longer be an issue.
Younger hires are usually involved with less important tasks. It would be great if managers are able to give more responsibilities to the junior staff.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Putnam Associates in October 2015.
Had a 30 min interview that was 20 min behavioral and 10 min case for market sizing. Typical behavioral - why Putnam, why consulting, but some were trickier. I might have made it seem like I was too much of a technologist since I come from an engineering background, but oh well. I was notified the next day that I didn't make it to the final round.
