Interview
Interview was a "group interview" but felt more like an orientation and tour. In fact, no questions were asked of the interviewees, other than a few small chit chat questions.
Was told after the interview that I was definitely wanted back. Was also told that regardless of who was to be invited back for a second interview, they would reach out to everyone. The interviewer believed it was rude to leave people in the dark. I quite appreciated this, then never heard back from them ever again.
Something else misleading- the job listing on Indeed was very much marketing related. However, at the interview I was told the position was working at the receptionist desk (in the dental office) and sometimes upstairs (where the administrative/marketing offices are). I would have appreciated them being upfront about the position.InterviewNo questions asked. Just explained the dynamics of the office and the nature of the practice.
