I was never adequately trained to do my job, which made helping customers on the phone very difficult. They claim that the customer is the first priority, but in my opinion, if you aren't adequately training your support reps to help them, then the customer is not actually a priority at all. As a female in a male-dominated office, I had to deal with a lot of male employees saying inappropriate things or getting random instant messages from them during work.

I applied online. Got a call from HR manager less than a week later to schedule an on-site interview. Went onsite and spoke to the HR manager for a few minutes then the hiring manager.
It was a conversation and not so much an interview. It was really relaxed and pleasant.
I negotiated and got 10% increase from original offer.
