What We Do
By consulting closely with each client, we become partners that will identify existing and forecasted program needs, while delivering a full suite of employment-focused medical examination and diagnostic testing services. QTC offers a complete one-stop shop for medical, disability and occupational health services. Since 2000, we have provided approximately seven million exams.
How We Do It
QTC’s proprietary technology automates the examination workflow and provides clients with real-time access to case information, tracking, and reporting. Our network is supported by more than 1,000 experienced clinical, corporate and operational associates, and 70 clinic locations that include physicians, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, medical assistants, phlebotomists, radiographic technology technicians and various ancillary support personnel.

I worked at QTC Management full-time (More than 5 years)
1) INTEGRITY! This was the main attribute that drew me to want to work for QTC; it is a viable and visible integration in their core values and honestly, I found management to instill this value in how they corresponded with colleagues at all levels. 2) Rewarding employee's for going above and beyond...I received at least a dozen "SPOT" awards that all came with monetary appreciation. This inspired me to want to do more and give more knowing my efforts were being appreciated.
One thing, for 'me' was micro-managing...it was not an original issue in the first 6 years of employment, but was becoming quite overbearing at the end as changes in upper management were being introduced. Though I have respect for all managerial decisions because at my level I never knew or saw the 'big picture' I did not always agree with management choices because I don't think they were always aware of another bigger picture as well...it does work both ways in a lot of instances.
Advice to Management
If you have employee's that prove themselves to give their very best, please try to allow them to continue to do their very best by encouraging them and not thwarting their efforts by micromanaging and controlling their environment. You are a WONDERFUL company with exceptional employee's and I believe the long-term employee's stay because of ALL you offer them! Though there are wolves in sheep's clothing among the employee's, there are also shepherds standing by with staves in hand to do all they can to herd and lead as needed. Thank you for allowing me to experience being a sheep and a shepherd; and thank you for the opportunity to work under the direction of a manager who truly instills the QTC core values as a leader and a COO who teaches by example and is the truest accolade of integrity; their example will allow me to continue in success!
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at QTC Management in June 2014.
HR Phone interview approximately 1 week after I applied, in person with Area Manager, followed by phone interview from ADO 1 week later. Approximately 30 days after my initial phone interview with HR I did one last phone interview with the Director of Operations.
