I have been working at QTC Management full-time (More than 10 years)
I have worked for the company for many years starting when it was just small and in spite of its exponential growth through the years, the culture has not changed: family and customer service oriented. I “grew” up in QTC and has handled various positions through the years. I attribute my growth to all the people who saw my potential, gave their time, shared their knowledge, provided support to develop me as a person and helped me with my career. QTC Leaders are always looking for high potential and they are willing to invest in them and give opportunities especially to those who are willing to do their part in their career development. Our leaders treat people with respect, they make you feel important, they show they care for you; they acknowledge and appreciate your contributions to the company’s success and are kind in sharing profit through their generous bonus program. Benefits are great and they have annual family day for the whole company.
Our executive leaders are approachable, available and listen to feedback, suggestions and collaborate with all levels to find the best solutions. Management staff are dedicated and we see them roll up their sleeves to help the teams when necessary. Sr. Leaders are also willing to work long hours and weekends to help the staff get the job done. There is No task below them and this is very inspiring and makes you want to do your best at all times.
They acknowledge that the key to the company’s success is its people and they are always looking for innovative ways to improve process and tools for the staff. I believe this is why for over over 35 years, QTC continues to be strong. The company’s core values of Do what is right, Respect others and Perform with excellence are ingrained in everything we do. I am very proud to be part of this company.
There are not really cons to work for the company; however, there are negative people who complains about everything and could drain your energy out. There are those who act “victims” and blame others for everything.
Advice to Management
Continue to put people first. You are doing a great job!
I applied online. I interviewed at QTC Management (Diamond Bar, CA).
She went over the position and glossed over my resume and I then explained what I was able to glean from what the company was about and relay what I understood back to her.
