    I have been working at QTS full-time


    People, people, people! I have never had the pleasure to work with such a great group of people. It really does start at the top. From the CEO down to the interns on site nearly everyone is genuinely happy to assist other QTSers. The culture is the best part of the company and QTSers live the core values of the company.


    As with any colocation data center there are times of stress and heavy workloads. The upside to that is work life balance is a real thing at QTS and doing community events and team building events makes the stressful aspects of the job balance out well.

    Advice to Management

    Please keep hiring great people and keep this world class culture trending upwards!

    I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at QTS (Suwanee, GA).


    This place is a joke. Multiple interviews with not response from anyone after going in multiple times. Don't waste your time interviewing.

    Met with different interviewers every time same format for interviews with multiple role questions and situational questions.
