    It's an awesome place to work, and character is at the center of QTS's DNA.

    Great companies prioritize their employees and customers - QTS takes this to heart, and it's why most people here enjoy who they work with and what they do.

    The people are incredibly talented, and the leadership team listens to ideas and moves quickly. Our strategy is rock-solid and it's a ton of fun being part of the QTS team as we execute on the vision!

    There is a ton of opportunity here for people who enjoy building things and driving meaningful change in an industry that's rapidly growing and evolving.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at QTS in June 2016.


    It was a very laid back interview process. Initially a phone interview then in person. The interviewers were friendly and helpful. Most of the questions were asking how current skills relate to the job needed. This seems like a great company to work for. The managers seem to value input and involve everybody in the process.
