Petty micro management
Vodafone bureaucracy but no real access to their budget or ability to influence
Hit and miss in standard of co-workers
Lots and lots of nepotism from TnT side
Advice to Management
Clear out the "execs" and hire some new blood.
Get greater alignment with Vodafone so that you can have some influence and really achieve something.
