    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Qatar Petroleum (Doha (Qatar)).

    Interview

Multiple layers of competency Q & A sessions.
First was a telephone interview discussing very broadly your background and base skills.
On-site interview starts with a Peer panel interview, followed by senior staff, and then head of Department. If you get to the Head of department, you have been given the thumbs up in previous interviews.

    Interview Questions

    • Q : How do you go about identifying process lags?
Q : What process tools are you familiar with?
Q : Please tell us Pros and Cons for each of the tools ...
Q : Have you been certified in all these tool?
