I have been working at Qiigo full-time (More than 3 years)
Qiigo makes continual investments into the growth of its employees. I have been promoted twice and remember when this company was much smaller. Hard work pays off and you're going to learn a lot.
There are key leaders within the organization the make this company great. I would thank them personally, but it'll be pretty obvious who I am then. I can't over emphasize how thankful I am for my fellow team members. It's the unity that makes us successful. Qiigo is also investing in the right infrastructure for growth. We are building the right tools and strategies for effectively addressing our client's needs with a couple key strokes. I remember a time when we had to do a lot of manual reporting work. This is getting more automated and efficient, allowing for Qiigo's growth.
Qiigo is growing very fast and yes that can be an actual pain! Fortunately we have key stars that take on the work. Talent acquisition is slower than sales so that means we all work very hard. I advocate to the reader that this can ultimately be a good thing in that we don't hire just anybody to fill a role and this likely has contributed to our growth...
Advice to Management
We should continue to mix the identity of Operations and Client Services. The more these lines become grey the more cohesive Qiigo can become. This is probably Qiigo's most critical structure to address. We've taken great steps towards this, keep going!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Qiigo (Roswell, GA) in June 2016.
You will need to be prepared to discuss your background and experience, and how that will help you be an asset to the Qiigo Team. You will interview with the Senior Management, Directors and possibly 1-2 actual Account Managers. Be prepared to discuss digital, digital, digital - make sure you know the digital marketing environment and be prepared to show that you understand digital marketing.
