My interview process for the CSM role at Qlik was exceptional. Ian Wright, my main contact in the Talent Acquisition team, was remarkably responsive, supportive, and transparent. He remained accessible despite the significant time difference from the UK. Throughout my career, I've engaged in countless interviews with various companies, yet I've never encountered such strong candidate support. Ian's transparency regarding interview expectations, detailed success guidance, and early salary disclosure made this experience truly outstanding.InterviewStarted with phone screening, then moved to a case study round, afterwards I met with upper management for a final round.
