Tremendous experience and a great place to work. A very supportive Board with a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
It is a non-profit, but in order to attract and keep good talent better benefits need to be offered. Possibly some sort of retirement plan to contribute to should be looked into.
Advice to Management
Seek a better benefits plan for employees. Current management is doing a great job turning the operations around. But turnover will be high without better benefits
