    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Quake Global.

    Interview

I applied for the job through indeed.com. The company contacted me on the same day to call for an on-site interview. On the day of interview, the recuiter walked me to the meeting room and told me that there would be several interviewers in front of me, including the recruiter and CEO. Only two of them appeared on time. Except for the recruiter, the rest of them hadn't gone through my resume beforehand. During the interview, they asked me something when they came up with questions. The interview didn't look organized well.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me typical questions, such as "what was my role in the last job," "why did I leave the last job." They also asked me a few little tougher questions, such as "what was your achievement in my last job," "how did I handle conflicts with co-workers." I didn't see more difficult questions.   1 Answer
