I have been working at Quality Systems Integrated Corporation full-time (Less than a year)
The "drones" are great. Very friendly and upbeat despite lack of support and opportunities for growth. On occasion management organizes fun lunches and give-a ways. But this cannot make up for what hard working people really want, to be recognized and PROFESSIONALLY rewarded for their hard work and long hours.
Management has no interest in rewarding their workers. Very third-world mentality. Too many opportunities for smart, capable people to have to stay here, so they leave.
Advice to Management
Set-up a rewards/promotional system not based on preference, but performance.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Quality Systems Integrated Corporation in August 2013.
It's all smiles and fake in the beginning as every gets a feel for you. They seem to like younger workers as older workers puts a strain on theor health system...The interview process was easy and boring and human resource lets you watch outdated safety videos... And fill out paper work. The process too about two weeks to get the job.
