    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at QualityLogic.

    Interview

Interview wasn’t bad, however during the interview they told me that a lot of people apply for this position. That’s great, however that doesn’t mean you need to interview the lot. Research applicants and compare qualification then move forward. At one point I did feel drilled with repetitive questions and felt like they assumed my interests without really getting to know me. It was just one person drilling with questions, but It rubbed me the wrong way. If a particular culture is important, maybe ask supporting questions. Regardless, I actually thought it went well, and I felt more than qualified. No loss, I found a position the next week. But I’d say overall, the process was okay but to me not efficient for this position.

    Interview Questions

    • So many I can’t remember the majority. One guy took over and asked repetitive question after repetitive question. Nothing difficult. Behavior and experience based.   Answer Question
    • How do you handle multiple tasks by different managers?   Answer Question
    • Asking if you’re okay with certain aspects of the job.   1 Answer
