I have been working at Quark Pharmaceuticals (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not many, getting worse by the day. I wish I had been warned. If you were in the military and are used to blindly following orders that do not make sense, this place is for you.

    Cons

Well top management is clueless, and even if you know what you are doing, you often are not allowed b/c management doesn't understand what it takes to run a US business, clinical trial, etc.

    Advice to Management

Let the people you pay good money for their years of experience and knowledge do their jobs.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Quark Pharmaceuticals.

    Interview

Three interviews including the contact person, head of research and finally the CEO. the interviews were based on my experience within the field and my experience managing people. In addition each of the interviewers gave a broad lecture about the company and what was its role in the company. These were very far from reality and very idealized description. The policy of the company as well as the expectations of the person to fulfill the job were not described and most possible were not clear to the people in the company

    Interview Questions

    • There were no difficult questions, actually were all banal   Answer Question

    Negotiation

to get a clear job and expectation definition from the employee
