Never ever had inter-departmental meetings to discuss procedures or improvement to procedures. A lot of finger pointing. Not enough resources to fulfill the customer expectations.

worst interview I ever had.. two buffoons interviewed me sniffing/suspecting my education and the college I studied? I am a .net programmer and they did not ask a single question of it but on the domain I am working, which is not related to the healthcare they are working..
