I worked at Queen Creek Olive Mill (Less than a year)
Family owned and operated, and it shows! Everyone knows the owner and his family. The staff has fun and has a good working relationship.
The only major downside is the pay and benefits(there are none). I don't know anybody who feels they are being compensated a fair amount for the hours and amount of work being done.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work! You've got a killer team, just show them how much you appreciate their hard work and dedication to the job, because it's not easy.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Queen Creek Olive Mill (Queen Creek, AZ) in February 2014.
It was quick and I worked in the kitchen as part of my interview I felt like working there could really be a great oppurtunity for me, but I applied during the seasonal time, and they were desperate for anyone, which is why I got hired so quickly.
