I have been working at Questar Gas full-time (More than 8 years)
I've worked here for more than 8 years and I can say that the pay, for not requiring a degree is good. I can't think of another place where a high school graduate can earn as much as the people here make. The benefits are pretty good and they have an annual incentive program. You get plenty of personal time off.
The company is a little "top heavy" meaning that they have too many bosses overlooking your every move, but not to the point that makes you want to quit your job. There are times when you have to work on-call, holiday's, nights, and weekends because they are a 24 hour company.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Questar Gas.
The process took almost two months. There were five people on the interview panel. I felt like the formality of it was a little over the top. The questions were your typical "tell us about a time where you were faced with a difficult situation. What did you do? What was the outcome?"
Everyone took themselves very seriously.
