I worked at Quick Learning full-time (More than a year)
It was relatively easy to get a job here in spite of my lack of qualifications. This isn't a pro for learners, but it was a nice way to get decent experience on my resume.
The salespeople/teachers will encourage students to stay in class. (for financial reasons, but hey, it's motivation)
This organization is run by crazed religious fanatics. If you're lucky, you'll never run into them. However, if you do, be forewarned - these guys will make you do everything from pray to telling you that it's a sin to go to the bathroom in the evening. I am not kidding about the bathroom thing - this was just plain weird/inappropriate.
The reason this job was so easy to get is that it's not a true teaching job. All you do is follow their very strict system and focus on getting the students to renew. This isn't terrible, but leads to some awkward situations where teachers are forced to choose between passing really, really bad students or missing numbers.
Advice to Management
This is a school, and forcing sub-par learners to renew damages credibility. Also, in the event that you run into your employees, keep the religion to yourselves. You may get away with it in your headquarters in Mexico and that is a shame, but it's not a way to hire the best people.. not that you care.
