    I have been working at Quill full-time (Less than a year)


    Management and coworkers are all very friendly and approachable, great flex-time and benefits, comfortable environment. People all seem to enjoy what they do. You are empowered to do the right thing and make decisions for yourself.


    Needs better communication between Quill and it's parent company Staples. No other cons.

    Advice to Management

    Turn some of that open office space into a rec room for your employees. A billiards table or ping pong table would be nice.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Quill in March 2015.


    Received a call from a Staples Recruiter for a basic qualifications screening. After a couple of email exchanges a Skype interview was arranged with the department manager. After the manager interview, the Staples Recruiter called for an offer. He was the one to make all the arrangements and send the information.
