I applied online. I interviewed at Quilogy (Nashville, TN) in June 2009.
Initially contacted by an internal recruiter at their corporate office who conducted a high level phone screen covering just the basics. From there they arranged a phone interview with the hiring manager who was based in another market. A week later they arranged an in person interview with just the hiring manager. He asked questions about sales process and handling certain situations. Finally he scheduled a breakfast meeting with me a week later to discuss comp plan and other details, answer my questions, and discuss the opportunity for the final time.
Reasons for Declining
Comp plan wasn't high enough. More potential with my current employer
