I have been working at QuinStreet full-time

    Pros

There are some really good talented folks.

    Cons

    - They are abusing EB1 green cards. They manipulate the books to show ordinary employees to be international managers, individuals with just 1 or 2 reporting line with no other authority are being sponsored EB1 green cards.

    - B1 Visa is being abused as well, individuals are being transferred from India/Pune office on B1 Visa for actual work. (B1 Visas are supposed to be used only for training purpose only).
    - US citizen (Non Indian) employees will eventually be laid off and replaced with identical(or inferior) skills from India on L1 Visa.

Source: I was one of the manager who was forced to do a B1 and the individual was here working instead of training. Had to put together a fake schedule for visa approval.

    Advice to Management

Stop abusing the Visas and hire more americans or atleast folks who can speak english
