The people really do make all the difference. Smart, determined, truly care about clients and media partners. It's cool to work with so many big brands, Fortune 500 types, and to be able to deliver such great results for them. So many people at QuinStreet work so hard to make it all happen. CEO and executive team push hard but also offer a lot of support and are always asking "what do you need to be successful?" It's a culture where people care for each other including senior management for less-tenured employees; everything is ethical and above board; and where performance is key - for clients and for career progression. You're likely to become an expert in digital marketing as a QuinStreet employee because of the depth of the company's digital media footprint and the depth of its performance marketplace technology.
It can be challenging to see the big picture of what's happening at the company because there are several verticals where most employees are focused in an in-depth kind of way.
Advice to Management
Maintain wfocus on performance for clients. It's helped us (and them) be successful this far and that won't change in the future.
Met up with multiple people 30 minutes at a time. Took a total of two to three hours. Generic questions. People were nice, some were weird and rude. It was an okay experience. There were not any hard questions.
