I have been working at Quotient, Inc. full-time (Less than a year)
+ Very swift communication. They make sure to keep you in touch during the hiring process, which was so appreciated after so many companies that ghost you after the initial few conversations.
+ Friendly atmosphere. Everyone is welcoming, and no one mocks you for not knowing things.
+ Opportunity for more. I feel like at every turn, you have an opportunity to not only learn new things and add them to your skill set, but also get a chance to try different things I might not be comfortable with at first. It also feel like there's a safety net, so you're not just thrown off a cliff side without any prep.
- The office is very cold. I'm always putting on extra layers indoors.
- Tobacco smoke friendly place. Be careful if you're sensitive.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Quotient, Inc. (Columbia, MD) in September 2019.
I originally applied for another job and went through the application process with them. The experience was pleasant and swift. They asked just one thing of me and that was to explain my resume. They also helped me polish it so that I didn't sound like a child when interviewing with the job place. The other place rejected me and Quotient, Inc gave me an offer.
