    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at R.S. Hughes Co., Inc. (Kent, WA) in November 2012.


    The sales manager did not go over my resume in much detail. What they wanted to know from the questions asked was what was my personality like. The questions were more about my life experiences and how I would fit with the team. Be ready to have an open discussion that will range over lots of topics. Make sure to do your homework on the company and be able to bring solid experiences to the position you are applying for.
