"I’ve been working at RAB Lighting full-time (more than 13 years). RAB has the “it factor”! RAB is a fast growing lighting company with plenty of opportunities for employees to grow with the company. The current CEO, Ross Barna has a clear vision of the company’s future in the market. It’s truly a pleasure to work and walk beside greatness." Lisa Lowe (Customer Service Care Director)

I have been working at RAB Lighting full-time (More than a year)
RAB has been making a significant effort to rebound over the past several months. Free lunch is back as requested by employees, RAB offers tuition reimbursement. Senior management including the CEO have been making a lot of effort to connect with employees, frequent town halls. RAB is the only company I am aware of that pays attention to Glass Door and takes note of what employees are concerned about.
The excessive RAB bashing on glass door.
Advice to Management
Keep up the effort of connecting and breaking down the walls. We hope to see RAB return to a steady stable culture.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RAB Lighting in March 2015.
I applied during job fair, and got phone call by recruiter 3+ weeks later, I was asked about technical but weird questions like how to store play cards(he didn't want answers about data structure but to design classes to store cards!), how to extract phone numbers from text files (classes design again!). I was wondering why the interviewer always want complicated solutions for simple questions and make things complex, he seems like enjoying turning a solution which within few lines of code to few classes! The interview took about 10 minutes only and the interviewer seems not interested in me. Questions are normal but what they wanted for answers are so strange!
