Interview
The interview process was smooth. I was contacted by Tatiana on LinkedIn after I responded to a job posting almost immediately. She gave me some information on the company along with the specifics of the role I was applying for. We set up my first interview which was conducted virtually. It was not too long and not too short. I was asked questions about my background and my experience related directly to commercial real estate. I was asked about my technology skills and what software I have used in my previous positions. She then explained what to expect next and we set a date for my second interview, which would be in person. I received a detailed email with a calendar invite and instructions on where to go and what to expect. At my second interview, I was asked more specifics on my knowledge of commercial real estate and how familiar I was with the acquisition timeline. I received a call with my offer the same day and the onboarding process started. My recruiter was so professional, knowledgeable and timely. That really helped me be at ease when preparing for my interview and I was excited and felt good about going in. I had a very clear idea of what to expect. I didn't have to sit and wait anxiously for feedback which I thought was a plus.InterviewI was asked about my knowledge and experience with title and critical dates.
