Mission: RAY ALLEN seeks to bring IT asset management into the future. We solve the problem of widespread inefficiency in current methods of enterprise asset management and create the framework to be adopted by leading large and small businesses across the globe.
I have been working at RAY ALLEN full-time (Less than a year)
There are many things to love about Ray Allen right now.
The company is experiencing a huge amount of growth. There are a lot of opportunities for people in my position to move up and take on more responsibilities.
The benefits are great. Very generous on the PTO, think after like 3 years you get 30 days a year which is like a lot. The health insurance is paid for by the company, my only cost is for an HSA which they match. During the summer there are summer hours so you can get out early on Friday. They have free snacks, pop, and tea in the office. There is a sweet coffee machine that makes espresso drinks.
There are occasional events they do out of appreciation for employees. This last Friday there was a team dinner where I got this pot roast filet mingon that was really super awesome. Been thinking about it since I ate it.
Overall very pleased with my job.
If you rely on the Metra or South Shore to commute into Chicago it is a long walk to the office. I don't have this issue, so I don't have any actual cons.
