I have been working at RCI full-time (More than a year)
A nice work environment with a relatively good insurance plan and extra perks such as free resort stays a few times a year, and a cafe and gym in the workplace along with opportunities for bonuses and growth.
Very strict attendance policy based on an overly complicated points-based system, not flexible with schedules
Advice to Management
Get rid of a points based attendance system or allow more flexibility in scheduling and vto days.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at RCI (Carmel, IN).
Online interview. When passed, On-site (90 mins) interview. Basically show up watch a video. Listen to a call and take a quiz afterward. Then go back to the first room and have a couple interviews with two different managers.
