The people I worked with were great certain mangers excellent to work with sales commission every month for adding services
Too much emphasis on parts of the call that didn't matter no room for advancement unless someone left business doubled in size in last few years same amount of employees put temporary fixes in place instead of correcting the issue the right way

Learn what the representatives do to better assist with their problems and hire supervisors from within rather then from outside the company

Had an phone interview first, week later took an hour long test (customer service related) and did a role play over the phone with Lead or Supervisor. Then 30min interview with supervisor
