Solar is booming. Great people and culture good management. Easy to advance and company is one of the few legit products for solar in Arizona. Best warranties in the business. Very easy going atmosphere and top dollar pay
Training is outdated. Inefficient sales support you really need to be a self motivator and experienced sales person to succeed. Pay is unbalanced outside of sales positions. Management is incentivised poorly.

Get in the field and work with your people. Lead from the front not desk.
I applied online. I interviewed at REC Solar (Scottsdale, AZ) in February 2014.
I submitted my resume online. They called me and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was done conference with 2 interviewers. They asked some pretty basic questions about my past experiences in sales, how my non sales jobs would benefit my working in sales, and questions about integrity.
I was happy with the wage offered. Did not see a need to negotiate this pay. It is well above the standard found in other companies.
