I have been working at REC Solar full-time (More than a year)
Flexible hours, nice coworkers, great location
Frequent management turnover, lack of clear direction at all levels. Because management turns over so frequently, no one wants to make any big, conclusive decisions, which leaves a lot of internal improvements hanging in the air.
Advice to Management
Please stop turning over every 6 months, enforce company policies and procedures among the salespeople, and provide a clear direction.
I applied online. I interviewed at REC Solar (Scottsdale, AZ) in February 2014.
I submitted my resume online. They called me and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was done conference with 2 interviewers. They asked some pretty basic questions about my past experiences in sales, how my non sales jobs would benefit my working in sales, and questions about integrity.
I was happy with the wage offered. Did not see a need to negotiate this pay. It is well above the standard found in other companies.
