What is paid time off like at REI?
...They make their “culture” and “benefits” worth the minimum wage but they require you to work mandatory weekends out of no where, can’t request time off unless you have PTO, micro management, and the benefits don’t make up for the lower pay when you can go somewhere else for the same....
