Advice to Management
Consider expanding employee benefits. Otherwise, REPS is a wonderful place to work and management should be proud of what they're accomplishing!
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at REPS & Co. (San Diego, CA) in January 2018.
The interview process took about a week. It was a 3 stage process. I first spoke with HR over the phone, which went well, simple background and experience questions. Then had a technical interview over the phone with the CTO, which also went well. He asked me about my background and then what computer language I'm most comfortable with. Last interview was with the CEO , CTO, and Business Analyst. Last interview was chill and they basically wanted to see if I would be a good culture fit.
