Have a development department that works specifically to acquire project sites and coordinate finance and development with Independent Power Producers, large wind developers, community wind developers, and utilities.
Invest in Met Tower measurements, and development contracts with landowners and these sites will become the recipients of REpower turbines for many years to come guaranteeing a pipeline of projects, freeing the company from the whims of specific developers.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at REpower Systems (Brentwood, CA) in June 2016.
Prior work experience and current goals. As well as some basic questions about my past employers and what I looked forward to in a career opportunity. Also, what type of compensation I desired to be paid. Overall it was not a very complicated process and I ended up receiving an offer of employment.
