I have been working at RF Binder full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I joined RF Binder recently and was so pleasantly surprised on multiple levels: 1. Clients are great and work is interesting. 2. There is open access to senior management, including CEO Amy Binder, who is super involved with the client work and takes the opinions of her staff seriously, no matter what level 3. Hard work is recognized and rewarded 4. Great perks, including weekly happy hours and staff meetings to ensure that everyone in the agency has an opportunity to express their ideas/ask questions. Opportunities to bond with colleagues in running and book club sessions. Not even talking about the little fun things like quality free breakfast, Nespresso machine, wine on tap, treats...

It is a place where people care about, support and accommodate each other while also pushing you to grow, learn and do rewarding work.

    Cons

None that I have seen so far.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and strong communication.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at RF Binder (New York, NY) in March 2017.

    Interview

It was just a phone call with the internship program leader. I was asked to interview only a few days after applying. Then after the interview I was offered the position no longer than a week later. More like just a few days later
